Something come up? No problem! With the FLEX option, you can extend the validity of your dated tickets once if you are unable to visit.

The FLEX option allows you to extend the validity of your tickets by up to 3 months from the original date of your visit

Terms and conditions:

This option is available only for dated tickets.

The FLEX option must be added to the order when purchasing the tickets It cannot be added at a later date.

Only one FLEX option may be selected per order. It applies to all tickets in the order.

The extension must be requested before the ticket’s original expiry date at the following address: contact@aquaparc.ch. No extensions can be made at the park’s ticket office.

Extensions are possible only once, for a maximum period of 3 months.

The new visit date is subject to availability.

If the visit is rescheduled to a date on which the admission price is higher than that of the originally booked date, the price difference may be charged at the park ticket office.

The FLEX option does not apply to special offers or additional services such as car parking, Balinese beds, cabins and cocoons.

The FLEX option does not entitle you to a refund.
